Bees are an endangered species—and so is our time to enjoy our beautiful planet with all it has to offer. At Travelbee, we are dedicated to the wellness of people and the planet. Our goal is to help create memories of a lifetime, allowing travel to inspire positive change and preservation of our precious resources.

Meet Grace
Grace Alignay-Kennedy lives to serve. She is a U.S. Army veteran who has served overseas and has traveled to Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. She is now based in New York City where she used the G.I. Bill to get a degree in Accounting and switched from corporate to nonprofits in order to positively impact communities directly with a focus on economic, social, and environmental progress. She aligned with the following organizations to do just that.
Building Bridges to the Future Foundation created locally-based operations in post-disaster and post-conflict areas of developing nations to improve micro-economic development, education, gender equity and social welfare. Grace has arranged travel and accommodations for the Executive Director in very remote parts of countries and managed the budget and reporting.
New York City Fair Trade Coalition is a grassroots organization that promotes fair trade businesses and retailers in New York City and educates consumers on the importance of fair trade. Grace ensures good fiscal planning, decision-making and oversight.
In partnership with utility companies, 1GreenNation provides clean energy solutions to buildings and outdoor spaces with conversion to LED lighting, upgraded HVAC systems, and installation of electric vehicle charging stations to reduce fossil fuel usage. Grace has managed project planning, risk, and the auditing of projects towards energy compliance.

Throughout the years, she had always sought out entrepreneurship to fulfill a lifelong passion in design, became active in the entrepreneurship community in NYC, and experienced a couple unsuccessful attempts in fashion.
When her mother lost her battle with pancreatic cancer, she was reminded of how fragile life is and how important it is to live a more balanced life especially in an overworked culture. The greatest wealth is our health. Therefore, vacation is not just a luxury, it's a necessity.
Using the same passion she has for helping others achieve their goals, live their true authentic selves, and attain happiness, Travelbee is a culmination of her love of travel, social mission, and helping others explore the world, learn new experiences and build precious memories. She enjoys helping clients discover authentic travel experiences and off the beaten path destinations and takes great satisfaction in making a difference and covering every detail of the experience.
